A Journey Rooted in Purpose
These qualities of varun his dexterity with numbers and the keen sense of values made him pursue a course in Business Management in the USF Muma College of Business. However, what impressed him the most was the power of carefully managed money to transform the lives of people.

Varun worked as a research analyst at Girik Capital and as a banking analyst at ET Now, where he realized that the financial sector would not always pay enough attention to the personal aspect of money management. He discovered that the industry did not just need quick-talking salespeople, but those that listened, directed and were partners.
This led to the creation of Fair Deal Advisors in 2023 in Mumbai, which is a boutique firm that has one critical mission.

At Fair Deal Advisors we are working to restore personal attention to wealth management. Our aim is to know what individuals or companies need in terms of finances, hence we develop strategies that are beneficial to their finances as well as their personal growth. Welfare
Varun is committed to serving people through a lot of ways and not just in financial advisory. As the founder of the Hiremath Family Foundation, he is devoted to serving the people who are neglected by the society. His engagement in philanthropy is a demonstration of his wish to assist and empower communities.
Varun is assisting the poor through the establishment of e-learning centers in the villages, through provision of shoes to the children to walk to school as well as provision of computer literacy programs.
"We had tutors, clean uniforms and the Internet- things many rural kids do not. Using the Foundation we want to close that gap and even the playing field so that every child is given a chance to excel."
Some of the initiatives that have been spearheaded by Varun foundation include::
- The local e-learning center supports more than 250 children in Classes 6 to 10 in Narangi Village, Alibag.
- Rural children are rewarded and motivated monthly and are taken to motivational events to make them continue attending school.
- In Panvel, a government school, where students had never had their own proper shoes, a donation of 393 pairs occurred.
- The rural youth are being planned to have mobile digital learning vans and emotional wellness programs.
