Launched in 2024, Digital Dreams is a flagship initiative empowering rural youth in Maharashtra and Assam with essential digital skills for a brighter future.
- Digital Labs: The rural village labs will have laptops, internet, and other important tools such as Excel, Canva, typing software, and code-writing kits.
- Training Sessions: Local trainers take 13–21 year olds through practical digital skills training such as typing, coding, and design.
- Earn While You Learn: The program includes an Earn While You Learn block, in which students perform digital assignments, such as data work, design, or photo editing on behalf of locals and make money in the process.
As a result of this program:
- Over 300 rural families have been benefited.
- More than 20 students have started earning through freelance digital work.
- Over half the participants are girls, many returning to education after years away.
Empowering Rural Women:
