Varun Hiremath, a Mumbai-based entrepreneur and philanthropist as well as the founder and CEO of FairDeal Wealth Advisors, has completed his graduation in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Florida MUMA College of Business. He then founded the Fair Deal Wealth Advisors in March 2023, a PMS/Mutual Fund Distribution firm,,that provides personalized assistance to clients so they can achieve their financial goals. - Narangi Village, Alibag has E-Learning Centre founded by Varun Hiremath.
- To ensure access to education in the Narangi Village, Alibag, Varun established Digital E-Learning Centres in tribal areas, where the children were provided tablets, internet, and resources for quality education.
Initiative Details
- Varun Hiremath was the founder of the E-Learning Centre, and he had a noble goal when starting the organisation - to bridge the education gap between rural children and provide them with access to quality education and personal development.
- The Foundation also holds the idea that education is not only about textbooks, and this is why it supports the success of students in all its manifestations. It also rewards talent in extracurricular activities in addition to academic excellence through prize distribution events. Footwear Distribution (Footprints of care)
During the footwear distribution drives in rural Maharashtra, Varun and the Hiremath Family Foundation donated 393 pairs of shoes to children at Raigad Zilla Parishad Prathmik School in Nitlas village near Panvel, aiming towards the improvement of children’s health, dignity, and confidence, preventing them from walking barefoot to school and enable them to participate in school activities.

- The drives provided new pair of shoes to children aged 6 to 14, removing barriers to education and physical activities due to painful walks on the rough terrain.
